I came in to get a pink slip, I just felt so confused the whole time, communication is lacking, customer service is not there. There is no basic human interaction and decency. The service was quick so I was happy I got out of there asap. He kept groaning and acting like I have done a tremendous burden for him. If he likes cars, business, he should treat customers with decency. You cannot operate one or the other.

I have just recently moved to the area and was looking for a local mechanic to service both my work vehicle and my private use vehicle. I took my BMW in first as I had an issue with my reverse lights. I asked the mechanic about replacing the globes, but he told me it wasn't the globes and he would have to check all the wiring.
