This is all I asked of star nursery. To pay for the repair of my chipped/cracked windsheild caused by rocks falling out of your truck #196 with two trailers behind on Feb. 15, 2016 while driving south bound on I-95 between boulder hwy and flamingo exits at approximately 11 am. Beware of star nurserys return policy they tell you they guarantee for one year. I was told that after you plant the tree it's no longer covered when I called them about my peach tree that died. Great one year warranty ha. The store on Ann road is the one I will never do business again. Or any other star for that matter.

Made an online purchase for drip irrigation tables that they said would completely dissolve in water but after running the system for 1hr most of the tablet was still in there so I had to flush the system. Out of 4 emails and 1 call I got 1 email reply. Would not recommend.

Nice and Knowledgeable staff – I went in with about 50 questions about replacing a sprinkler system in my back yard. The young man, His name escapes me, didn't laugh at any of the questions but listened intently and gave sound advice on what i should do and how i should go about doing in within my budget. Then he helped me to choose the best plants and ground cover to suite my needs. my yard is now beautiful and healthy.

Slow Checkout – Too slow at checkout. With only two cashiers open, one with a problem waiting for a price check, now you only have one cashier who handles contractors only, so now we are down to no cashier. What are all the employees doing that they are too busy to take customers money? There were a lot of employees standing around and not just carry out help.
