Have had rock delivered from this place several times. Last week we went in and picked out what we wanted. Explicitly asking for pea gravel. They delivered crushed rock. When we called and asked to speak to a manager, we were passed around to all the employees. Finally got a guy on the phone that told us we didn't know what we were talking about and we were aggravating him. Told us he'd have the manager call us back...never received a call. Ordered 1st delivery specifically so we could beat the heat and get the job done early. Now I’m waiting past my delivery window, paying wages for people sitting standby. Horrible service practice, no call and then tell me you had issues yesterday? That’s yesterday! Today’s a new day, I ordered 1st delivery, not when you get around to it.
