This review in no way is to reflect the professionalism, courtesy and friendliness of the staff at Star Nursery's Fort Mohave. After six years, the holiday tradition, i'm sad to say that I will probably not be buying another Nordman Christmas tree from them. As this tree is losing needles in an unfathomable fashion has struggled to drink water even though it received a fresh cut and has received warm water with every feeding. This staff was great! They provided great feedback to our needs. Would recommend for any pick up/delivery needs.
Have had rock delivered from this place several times. Last week we went in and picked out what we wanted. Explicitly asking for pea gravel. They delivered crushed rock. When we called and asked to speak to a manager, we were passed around to all the employees. Finally got a guy on the phone that told us we didn't know what we were talking about and we were aggravating him. Told us he'd have the manager call us back...never received a call.
