Disappointed experience. Be very careful at checkout. The cashier named Isabel (also goes by Izzy) overcharged me, and I didn’t notice until I checked my receipt later. This wasn’t a good experience at all. Always check your receipt before leaving because mistakes clearly happen here. I expected better accuracy and attention from a place like Star Nursery.
The staff was so helpful and had so much useful information that i needed.
12/20/2025 @ 0845 am. Garden center woman was very helpful. The young girl cashiers had very good energy and Tyler who trimmed our tree was very nice and helpful. Very good customer service and energy in that store. Thanks guys ❤️
