I had a horrible experience just recently at this local salon. I had never been before and wanted to give it a try. I was greeted by an individual that was less than happy to be there. She was very rude to me and did a poor job on my nails. When I called to speak with the manager, they told me I needed to come in so that the same person could re-do the work.
