First time I came, the lady was very nice and made a great conversation with me, I believe it was the owner. She is very good with customer service, however when I did shellac on my nails, the gel was not even cured and I had wet gel through the top layer that leaked. I did not know that having uncured gel can cause CONTACT DERMATITIS, but thank god I did not get it. I went for the first time today and had the best experience. Johnny was my nail tech and gave me a manicure and shellac application. He took his time and paid super close attention to details. I’ve been to a few nail salons around Ottawa, but definitely had the best experience here. I will 100% be going back!
The service is usually satisfying, but this time it was disappointing. They did not take the time to clean my foot properly, and the overall service was poor.
I had my nails done here they are so nice and did suha great job I'm definitely going back
