Steve and Wendy are the owners and greet every person that walks in the door. I love the tablet check in that tracks your visits. Chris did my dip and nail art and he always knocks it out of the park. If you are looking for a clean, relaxing and great experience look no further than Star Nails.
I went in Friday and got a fill for an overlay, they guy that did my nails already had an attitude because I kept having to asking him to fix things that were common sense. He rushed through my set. 3 of my nails chipped by Saturday. Went in Saturday to get them fixed and by Monday another nail chipped off! I don’t live in Kalamazoo, I just went there for a wedding and I called and was told that I could not get a refund and they could fix them after I told him I don’t live there!!
