I made an appointment a week ago with Tom at 11 o'clock today. I got there at 1055 waited until 11:20, Asked when Tom would do my manicure and pedicure. The woman in the front cubicle said Tom not here today. I asked why no one called me she didn't answer me. She said Jimmy will do for you. After a few minutes I said how long is Jimmy going to be.
