Nails were rushed and lost two nails with in a week!
It was fine. $15 more expensive to get the exact same nail design but done worse than my regular salons.
I was attended by Snow, she was just the sweetest. Her work is just amazing, she listened to my need and replicated the nail design I wanted exactly like in the picture. She kept checking in on me and made sure I was satisfied with my nails. All the staffs in there are so nice and they are truly nail tech professionals. Thank you Snow.

Whilst the pedicure wasn’t too bad and my toenails look alright, I am utterly disappointed by the manicure completed. I requested to re-do a French manicure that I had and asked for the nails to be slightly shorter. The nail technician ended up cutting all of them off completely and filed it down way too much. There’s a few nail shapes that look horrible but can’t be fixed with how much has been filed down, especially my thumbs. The edges of both my thumbs are sore from all of the filing that they did.
