The lady that did my nails was very kind, making sure I liked the length, shape and colour as well as doing good quality work and doing it fast. I do recommend repainting the nails in your book where you choose the colours as overtime the colours fade and they look a bit different to the colour your actually getting. (builder gel)
I walked in and the lady at The front counter said sit down so we sat down and the lady that was working on my nails sat down and started. She got a phone call left for about 15 minutes and I was just sitting there waiting for her to come back. Terrible. Every time I have gone to this salon I have been disappointed from the outcome. I leave with bleeding cuticles because they are so rough, the ladies all talk about and laugh at clients while you’re in there. I paid full price asking for a particular design on my nails. The nail tech assured me she could achieve the result, and then when it was completely different to what I asked for and I asked for them to change the colour, they tried to charge me for another half service price. I just got my toe nails done by Cherry. She was amazing. The massage and the scrub was absolutely incredible. Her lovely personality was a joy to be around and took lots of care with my toes. She made sure they were all cleaned and no marks left. She convinced me to get shellac instead of normal which was definitely the go. Thanks Cherry.
Cherry was amazing - so personable and made the whole experience so easy. She took great care with my pedicure!
