Walked in all three times I have gone so far and the service was fantastic, Everything clean and packaged, I was really impressed with the staff, service and prices. I will keep going.

This was my 3rd time at Star Nails as a walk-in. Each time they gave me a time-slot with approx. a 1/2 hour wait. Each time I waited at the salon for my time, and waited and waited for at least 30-45 minutes past the given time. And this was the 3rd time they then came to me and said they would have to re-schedule to a much later time that day or a different day! I walked in without an appointment to get a pedicure done and take advantage of there grand opening price. I was greeted by Tracy. She was very friendly and very quickly got a chair ready for me. She was very attentive and paid very close to detail. Everything was so clean, and she took extra steps to keep it that way. The cuticle nippers and cuticle pusher came in a sealed wrapper, the scrub came in a single use container, she wore gloves, and did an amazing job on massaging my legs and feet.
