Great experience at Star Nails! Andy did fantastic work, and he even remembered me from years ago. Definitely a great salon with nail techs who care about their clients!
The service was excellent! The only thing I have to say is the pedicure chair wasn't the most comfortable.
I have gone here about 4 times now. I will say the younger lady who works there is great!! But they have an older gentleman who works there. I think he is the oldest in the nail salon. He should not be doing nails. First off. He will stare at you any chance he gets while doing your feet. Also. He sucks at nails. Legitimately. Not to be rude but I don’t think he should be doing nails for you guys. I unfortunately won’t be back. I’ve gotten him 2/4 times I’ve gone. No thank you. Makes me uncomfortable. I’ve been going to Star nails since we moved to Antioch and Andy was able to make some magic happen with these nails!! I truly appreciate the time and care he takes into what he does. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone local
This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a shop in a long time. I was running late so I had to push my appointment back, but for Andy that was no problem! When I got in they got me in right away doing my feet and while they were doing that Andy filed my nails. We had great conversation and everyone was very pleasant at the shop. One thing I want to mention that was how absolutely amazing his care for my nails were. He says if they chip, scratch, break, to call him and get in as soon as possible.
