I went for shellac. How they get the old shellac off is they use the abrasive emery board to scrape down to your nail bed...Youch! That kills and I'm sure it damaged my nail beds. 2nd, you would not believe how uneven the nail tips are, looks like someone who can't see did them. 3rd; pedicure, polish all over the cuticle and one of my toes is throbbing and getting swollen as the day wears on.I'm hoping just a ding and not an infection.
