I went there with my friends with an appointment ,they were so rude and it left with pain and peel my nails skin off and bloody. They left us disappointed and unhappy, will never go this place again and will not recommend any of my friend. Very poor service
I wouldn’t even give this place one star. I’ve been coming here for over a year, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing. I came with my friends for pedicures and nail extensions, and we spent over $100 each per person. Unfortunately, the customer service was very unprofessional. I never really make reviews unless someone asks me to make a review but I have to make this review. This is my first time coming here. I went here to get my nails done. All I wanted was to get a set off that was done from another salon and then get gel polish on my natural nails. Shaping etc. no acrylic. Very short. They got my nails off super quick and easy. Ive nail tech shipped for YEARS in Windsor after my go to girl moved out west. I'm glad I finally found somewhere that does quailty work and listens to my wants and needs! I've had my nails done by several staff at this location now. I've never left unhappy, the service is spot on. However I think they should ditch the tacky Santa Matt at the reception desk! It's just accumulating dirt and debris. Plus It's summertime. The little salon is cute but that things gotta go ! 🤣
