I had a terrible experience at Star Nails. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was awful. The staff was unfriendly, unwelcoming, and acted like they didn't want to be bothered. What made it even worse was that there were four staff members just sitting around, not working, yet they told me they had no availability. It felt like they just didn't want my business.
