I had a previously booked appointment with 'Spring'...was running behind due to a previous appointment. I called to let them know and asked if I should come on ahead or reschedule. They told me to come on. When arriving, there were no customers waiting, Spring came out, I apologized for being late, she did not look or speak to me then or after unless absolutely necessary to ask about nail length, etc. She was very curt and rude which is extremely unprofessional.
