My experience was very disappointing. The final result of my nails was unacceptable—uneven, poorly shaped, and lacking basic attention to detail. In addition, the staff’s demeanor was unwelcoming and came across as rude. I felt rushed through the service, with little regard for customer satisfaction or comfort. Overall, the experience felt more focused on speed than quality. I would not recommend this salon based on my visit.”
Reservations were easy to make and they got us in right away. They did a good job and would definitely go back. Didn't go 5 stars since the water temp was pretty low and the massage so so. They seemed distracted and rushed since they were busy.
Awful customer service. Got a nail take off and looks worse than when I came in ( not sure how that’s possible). Daughter made the whole HOUR awkward. A mistake coming here but lesson learned.
Clean, good service, and did exactly what I asked for. Will be going back for sure!
I had Tina and she did absolutely awesome!! Best pedicure I’ve had. She took her time and did a great job!
