Good value, good service I have been to this nail salon several times over the last 5 years. They always get me in quickly and provide good service. I have not seen any unsafe or unsanitary conditions. They also wax my eyebrows and do a fabulous job.

Pass on this one I've gone to this salon about 5 time within the past 2 years. I've seen blood 3 or more times. I've stopped going there. One lady was having her feet scaled, they sliced her foot! That was the last time I went.

Quality Work - Friendly - Reasonable Pricing I have had acrylic nails for the last 17yrs. Star Nails have been the best so far! From nails to waxing and they do professional work. My 7 yr old daughter even gets her nails and toes done. They are patient with her. All employees are very friendly. Crystal and Phillip maintain a clean enviroment and really get to know their customers. Would highly recommend them!!!!

Definitely recommend I have been going to this salon for over 7 years, even prior to Crystal and Philip's ownership. I discovered this salon when I lived in McKinney. I now drive from Little Elm to McKinney every other week for a fill. I have only had one issue with one tech and I simply refuse to allow her to be my tech. That is not only my choice as a customer, but my responsibility. Other than that one incident, I have never been cut or experienced anything less than stellar service. I highly recommend this salon.

Love this salon! I have been going to this salon every other week since July and I love it! They have the best spa pedicure that I have had and it is only $25, Most salons I have been to charge almost twice that much for the quality of pedicure that you get here. The atmosphere is quiet, they serve you beverages including wine if you want it. It is truely a relaxing experience. The also do my nails and I am very pleased. Phillip is the person I request. I didn't ask for a face peel!! I went for a eyebrow wax a few hours before a wedding, short on time so went to Hollywood Nails. Bad idea!! When the employee was done waxing I heard her shriek "ooooohh noooooo!!!" Just what everyone wants to hear as they are lying down with thier eyes closed as someone works on their face!! : / Skin had peeled from my eyes and now they are all scabbed up! Yep You're right! Nasty! They use their sharp edged bloody fingernail to push the edges of your cuticles. When I pointed this out to the technician, he just shrugged and started to speak in their language to the other techs. Just plain old rude. they need to be shut down.

Star Nails is not recommened I have been going to star nails for 5 years. I have gotten my eyebrows waxed there several times. I specifically asked for the owner who was busy, and cringed when i saw the girl who was going to do them, as she had messed my brows up twice before. Against my own bad feelings, i agreed to let her do them, as i am leaving for Mexico in the morning. I now have uneven and over plucked brows w a huge spot missing. Never again. I always tipped good too.

Star Nails is well priced & does fantastic work I've been getting fills there since before Crystal & Phillip owned it. They are great and well priced. Also get spa pedicures every so often and am very pleased. My Mom loves them when she is in town. My nails do not fall off when they put them on as they sometimes lift when other salons do them.
