I recently got my nails done here less than a week ago and already had two nails pop completely off. That should not be happening so soon if the nails were applied properly with the correct prep work. Im also left unsatisfied when she doesn't seem to be able to make the nails even and match the other hand and the nails tend to be on the thicker side instead of the natural look. I really wanted to like this salon, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. My acrylic nails came out very chunky and uneven — they honestly look like teeth. The process also felt very unorganized. One person glued on my nails but didn’t paint them, then I was moved to the pedicure bowl so someone else could do my toes. After my pedicure, I had to be put back into the rotation and waited 25 mins just to get my nails painted. For the price and time spent, I expected a smoother process and better quality. So BAD my nails looked like TEETH they were so crooked. My nail broke off within a week also! Do not recommend. The women there also put a flower on my nail I did NOT ask for and charged for more.
