Nice place! Great accommodating hours, and they make it affordable for the regular consumer to pay out of pocket! The staff is warm and professional, I highly recommend this facility.
This office is located in a nicely maintained on Hamburg Turnpike . The offices are clean and nicely appointed . The receptionist was polite and professional . I filled out the typical paperwork in short order and within a few minutes of my arrival was in for my MRI . The technician provided me with headphones since this procedure can get noisy . In about 20 minutes I was done and had a copy of my CD to take with me . This was about as easy as it can get !
This place is exceptional. The front staff is better than any office I visited in years. Efficient, caring and client excellence like no one ever. Rosie, Sandy, Dagmara were awesome. Excellent experience at Star MRI. The staff is warm and personable. The office and all of the equipment is brand new and clean! A special shout out goes to Jessica - she told me EXACTLY what she was doing during my test and EXACTLY what to expect. I really appreciated this and it put me at ease. She also asked great questions so that she knew why I was there. I was in and out in a short period of time. I highly recommend STAR MRI!
Had a great experience. They were able to give me an appointment within one day! The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. The tech was fantastic. The site is very clean....Immaculate!!! Will definitely use them again!
