I had a very disappointing experience at Star Motorworks today. Initially, they gave me a quote for the repairs, but when I came to pick up my car, they had increased the price without any proper explanation. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable and feels like a scam. On top of that, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
