Took my car in for AC repair. Owner charged me $175 for an AC re-gas, then said the problem isn’t fixed because “there’s no gas leak.” If there’s no leak, why charge for re-gassing? Complete money grab. Owner stumbled over his words and couldn’t give a straight answer. Classic scam: and has audacity ask come back for “diagnosis.” Stay far away. Go to a reputable mechanic instead.

My son who bought first car and was wanting roadworthy pre check done asked for pre check only to be charged for roadworthy prices, service was appalling and very disappointing as communication from mechanic was non existent. On second visit for rwc was again failed for insignificant underside bodywork to which we fixed on same day only to be told to come back tomorrow. Had my brakes done & ever since they have been squealing and making a high pitched noise. Took the car back 2 weeks later and owner said it was ‘normal’. Definitely not when I paid $1000 and my car came back worse. Never again!

Higly recomended star motors. They fixed my GTR problem where as other could not fix and kept my car 3 weeks. Star motors fixed in one day. Very impress with their service.
