These guys are the best! They solved my evap issue that I was having on my 2017 BMW 430i and performed an oil change that were all very reasonable from a price perspective. They communicated throughout so that there were no surprises! I wouldn’t have thought owning a BMW would be this great knowing that Star Motors is right here “in my backyard!” Thanks Star Motor team!
I’ve been going to Star Motors since my first Mercedes in 2020. It’s 2025 and I’ve had 10 Benz’s inspected, serviced, and repaired here. I have never fully trusted any mechanics, auto shops, or even dealers with the words they say, work they do, or prices they quote until I met the guys at Star Motors. Overall service wayyy better than Mercedes of Sacramento! Also repairs Infinitis and covers warranty claims.
Star Motors gave me exceptional service. I had an issue with my car and i was at a convention in Sacramento. They were honest and treated me extremely fairly with reviewing my car issue. They understood that i wasn't local and probably wouldn't be able to come back to them. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would go back again if i am in the area.
