Craig went above and beyond, working back after closing, to find and repair a tricky puncture on my 300 series cruiser in December. Now that we are back and settled in WA (tyre was perfect for rest of the trip) wanted to publicly thank them for awesome service during our time in need.
Just phoned Star Motors Cowell to see if they could service my Land-cruiser at the end of this week but was told very off handish they were busy for the next 4 weeks. No sorry or politeness. A little disappointed of the telephone manner after reading outstanding reviews.
Our van broke down in town a while back. Got charged an unreasonable amount for labour at almost $250/hr. Felt like we were totally scammed at the spot. Did not expect this as the reviews are generally positive.
Took my land cruiser in here whilst travelling the eyre peninsula. Whole team were incredibly genuine and knowledgeable. Even stayed back after hours on a Friday to make sure we were looked after. Highly recommended. Thanks again.
Craig is busy but still had the time to talk to me about my Toyota. I only had an oil change but he seemed a lot more knowledgeable about Toyota's than my last service agent. I wish I had time to get everything fixed by him.
