everytime I call to make a payment I have to call 7,00000 times before someone answers, if they answer that day to make my payment... this is frustrating because the site says they are open, but just don't answer... figure they would want my money.

You really get what you give here. Pay on time, they will work with you when you need a break if something comes up. I had to come in to talk to the guy that runs the place. I hadn't been there in person since i bought the car. They remembered my name and which account i had just by walking in. Real attention to detail here. I feel really feel taken care of here.
