7 days ago, gave car for oil change, my car wasn’t running smooth, when I checked the stick it looked like, oil was not drained fully and Filter wasn’t changed. Before starting the change I asked owner he said they did change the filter. Now I have to redo it spending another $60 for oil change. I am a student and don’t have too much to spare, honestly this is embarrassing!
