RecommendedI have been using Star Medical Specialties for nearly 10 years now. My daughter needed special formula and subsequently my next two children as well. The lady at the front desk always remembers me (even if I haven’t been there in years) and greets me with a smile. They are quick to get me what I need and always help me to my car.
They have been charging medicaid for my sons medical supplies, yet they wont deliver it. Why is that? Spoke to a very rude andrea who refuses to let me speak to her gm. She refused to transfer me to her voicemail and she refuses to let me speak to anyone else. This is the most unprofessional and unethical business i have ever dealt with. Reporting fraud and abuse to medicaid. It shouldnt be this hard to get supplies for my son.
