Customer Service is spot on. Even if they don’t offer what you’re needing, they try to find a solution or a referrals/reference. They stayed after hours slightly when I hit traffic on my way to pick up our monthly supplies so we wouldn’t run out.
I connected with them through work and they have been so helpful. I refer lots of clients to them. Always kind and helpful.
We had the BEST experience with Star Medical Specialist. They got us a breast pump while we were still in the hospital. They literally came to our rescue. So friendly and so willing to help. The associate that helped us was named Alexis. She’s the best. She went above and beyond and was so helpful.
