I called to ask if they could double check that my cpap machine was running properly, and correctly calibrated based off my sleep study results and to buy new supplies. They gladly said they could take a look at it and made sure I had the right items. I spoke to Brooke, she was very friendly and informative and answered all the questions I had. I highly recommend giving them your business!

Star Medical Equipment in Lubbock Tx truly goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. It was a very stressful time coming back and forth from Ca 2x a month to look after our 2 elder Aunts who were in need beds, walkers , and various other equipment.
