Technician Jay and front desk guy provided great service and it was painless. But the office is very dirty, the chairs had unknown stains and the carpet was worn and dirty. So glad I didn’t have to sit down. Workers are great but the office isn’t.
Ask for Jay because the other tech is so slow and rude. I had 4 appointments and Jay took care of me 3 times and it was great, he’s a real one. But the other guy needs some serious attitude adjustment and a Redbull.
I have been to this MRI office three times and I have had the best experience all three times. Minimal wait time, they will get you in and out within reasonable time. Following appointment times is always a plus. The MRI Tech (Jay) was friendly and explained the procedure in a short and sweet manner. It was one of the quickest MRI’s I have ever done + it’s an OPEN MRI so I didn’t feel anxious one bit.
