Waste of time and no help at all
Go elsewhere if you are serious about your healthcare concerns treated with compassion, respect and dignity. Terrible attitude from Dr Thusara when consulting with one of my clients after declining check up with them despite presenting medicare and healthcare details. Terrible facilities for customers. Receptionist did not allow my client to use toilet despite 2 minutes after leaving GP room, said they have to be customer here. Utter incompetence!
I’m a support worker for a quadriplegic, we need to have QAS transport arranged thru a doctors surgery. I make sure paperwork is handed to receptionist 1 month prior to appointment minimum but it’s not submitted to QAS until a few days out from the day transport is required and no transport is available at such late notice. This leaves the patient unable to attend hospital for requires surgery, leaving him in pain and increased stress levels. This is unacceptable
Customer service lady on the 12 of feb 2025 need some serious attention to customer service. She told a little girl 6 year old girl waiting for her father to get out and wait outside even tho she knew It was hot
