I had a very disappointing visit with Dr. Muhammad Nurul Hussain. From the start, their behaviour was dismissive and unprofessional. They interrupted me repeatedly and did not seem interested in listening to my concerns. When I tried to explain my symptoms, I felt rushed and disrespected, as though my time and comfort didn’t matter. I expect a doctor to treat patients with empathy and basic courtesy, but that was not the case here. I left feeling unheard and undervalued. I had a disappointing experience at this clinic. After my test results came out, there was no follow-up or notification regarding important findings. I had to make my own appointment before they finally referred me to an OB. The reception staff often provided incorrect information over the phone and seemed unprofessional. Additionally, the GP did not make a clear decision when faced with a medical issue, leaving me to figure out the next steps on my own. I highly recommend Dr Kao, who has been our family GP for a while. He is caring and always takes the time to listen to our concerns.
