My initial visit to star med was pleasant enough several years ago. As time went on, I noticed the staff becoming more and more erratic in their dealings with me and other patients as well. It seem to be a need for control in that office by a worker that was neither a doctor Nor a nurse. She had made the skills of a medical assistant if that. Don't know why anyone would have anything bad to say about this place just started going here few months ago always feels like a welcoming place to me all the staff are nice and respectful.From what I notice and observe and I'm one to observe my surroundings and want to feel comfortable when I'm going to a doctors and if you ever do have to wait it's well worth it imo
This place is a disgrace I was discharged because they said my medication wasn’t in my system but I have the bloodwork to prove it’s was there also paid $30 dollars for medical records got three sheets of paper I let them know this can’t b my entire medical records mother and daughter argued that is what I get them mother and daughter act like they wanted to jump me me in the office I called her boss and nothing was done this place should not exist and mother and daughter should definitely not b working there people can get ... read more
Been going to this place for almost 2 years I love Suzie Collins and Kiesha They are very professional and get you in and out I give this place five stars
