Do not use this company. They did work on my home a year ago and I recently had problems again. He sent a whole bunch of teenagers to work on my house. Since then, I’ve had several HVAC contractors look in the crawlspace and they said that whoever did the work did a HORRIBLE job and I was robbed. I’ve heard this from more than one contractor. Get your HVAC done but this company ain’t the way!
Been calling for services for the last 48 hours and just voice recording answering no response call back.
Sent by our home warranty company (Cinch). Installed new HVAC improperly, and did not respond to calls when we reached out. Had issues with both heat and AC, but initially things would only be apparent when seasons changed. Another company sent by Cinch to fix things found numerous issues with the installation of the system. Home Warranty company said we had to get Star Mechanical to correct installation. Ty was very respectful and worked tirelessly until he found the problems with my air conditioner. He repeatedly checked that all components were working properly. Thank you so much Ty for a job well done!
I highly recommend Star! Joe and Josh were both amazing. They diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem in less than an hour. I was so grateful to have AC again! Joe even gave me a follow up call to make sure my unit was cooling my home properly. I will continue to use their services in the future. *Updated 3/2025: I also purchased the maintenance program and my unit is now ready for the upcoming season.
