Do not use this company. They did work on my home a year ago and I recently had problems again. He sent a whole bunch of teenagers to work on my house. Since then, I’ve had several HVAC contractors look in the crawlspace and they said that whoever did the work did a HORRIBLE job and I was robbed. I’ve heard this from more than one contractor. Get your HVAC done but this company ain’t the way!
Been calling for services for the last 48 hours and just voice recording answering no response call back.
Sent by our home warranty company (Cinch). Installed new HVAC improperly, and did not respond to calls when we reached out. Had issues with both heat and AC, but initially things would only be apparent when seasons changed. Another company sent by Cinch to fix things found numerous issues with the installation of the system. Home Warranty company said we had to get Star Mechanical to correct installation.
