Sent by our home warranty company (Cinch). Installed new HVAC improperly, and did not respond to calls when we reached out. Had issues with both heat and AC, but initially things would only be apparent when seasons changed. Another company sent by Cinch to fix things found numerous issues with the installation of the system. Home Warranty company said we had to get Star Mechanical to correct installation. I highly recommend Star! Joe and Josh were both amazing. They diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem in less than an hour. I was so grateful to have AC again! Joe even gave me a follow up call to make sure my unit was cooling my home properly. I will continue to use their services in the future. *Updated 3/2025: I also purchased the maintenance program and my unit is now ready for the upcoming season.

I recently started having outrageous power bills and couldn't figure out why. Star Mechanical came out to run diagnostics on the unit and they were very thorough and competent. Joe Baker and crew were fast, efficient and professional. I'll recommend them to anybody!
