Terrible customer service! And total negligence. You HAVE TO ASK (!) PROOF OF CORRECTION for DMV during renewal of registration your vehicle after recall. Brand new car with 3 (!) national recalls. Pathetic and waste of my time and money! UPD: What are liars! The invoice states that the tire pressure was checked and adjusted to the recommended factory recommendations. Imagine my shock when I checked it myself – they hadn't touched them! What criminal negligence! Now I doubt that the other services were fully performed either... read more

I have been servicing my car at Star Mazda for the last three years and will not be returning. I dropped my car off for service first thing and Armond was helping me. Shortly after I got a text with recommended repairs, I agreed to some and was told my car would be ready by 2:30. I texted Armond with a few questions and he always responded right away. 2:30 came and went and I never received a confirmation that my car was done and ready for pick up.
