Great service. I like making their early appointments and my car is usually done within an hour. They have many comfortable recliners, a coffee machine, and snacks in the morning. Update 2025, still great service with inspection videos and text updates. Allow you to accept and decline services on the phone.

Not very capable service, constantly trying to rip you off, as all dealers do. One time I came with a problem of my drainage being clogged, they only sprayed deodorant to remove odor, lied that they cleaned drainage and charged me 300$ - I had to find a different mechanic. Another time charged me 1.5x of what normal brake servicing would be. Standard servicing like oil change seemed to be fine, no issues. But if they point something substantial - double check and for anything serious find a different mechanic.

Took my car in because the AC wasn’t cooling. They replaced the compressor (cha-ching!), gave it back, and… surprise — still no cold air. I pop the hood and guess what? The coolant reservoir is bone dry. So either I’m supposed to run my car on hopes and dreams, or someone forgot Step 1 of AC diagnosis: check if there’s actually coolant. Appreciate the new compressor, but maybe next time, try starting with the basics? Like, I don’t know… fluids?

Let me tell you, if I ever get picked up by Star Mazda’s complementary service shuttle, I’ll update this review to 2 stars. Until then I’ll stand here on a street corner, going into hour 3 of waiting for a ride after Star Mazda took 2 years to get my car in for a recall service. Let’s just say customer service, timeliness, customer satisfaction, getting things done on time, picking people up - not top of mind around here parts. Not sure what is tho!
