New managment is horrible. Employees are complacent and don't realize they are there to help and answer questions not to act bothered that I am asking for assistance. Bakery has new management and it shows! Never seen it so bad in the ten years I've been a customer. Biggest complaint is that new store manager is not a people person and if he speaks to other questions with a dismissive tone as he does with me hopefully he will be transferred.
Open 24 hours. Great selections and prices, with very friendly staff.
Is anyone at this store working the customer service desk? I have been on hold trying to speak to someone at this store for over 16 minutes!!! I bought cheese and the cashier forgot to put in my bag, I would like my money back. I will be in tomorrow w my receipt.
