1st Cleaning was a disaster – I hired Star Maids to clean my sister's home. I met with the rep in the home and thought I'd made the right decision. I was wrong. FTR, I have worked for a maid service and know how the business should work. I was promised 3 women cleaners. She ended up bringing a young man. Her explanation: that I, the client, had wanted the cleaning done ASAP. Wrong. I wanted it done in good time, with the 3 women as promised. If there was any question, she should have contacted me.
