If I could give them a zero star I would. For over 35 years this company was my choice to replace windshields having used them going way back to roughly 1990. But no more. They replaced my windshield in late 2015 but the rain sensor kept coming loose. I took it back and they supposedly fixed it. We were told that we were just inside the warranty period. The repair did not work and the sensor kept falling loose. Just recently we took a rock to the windshield and had to replace it again. I did not use All Star Glass this time.... read more
Call them in the morning and you can have your window fixed by the afternoon. They will go to your house or work!!
All star glass of ontario ca had the best customer service.. The rep helped find the best price and was able to schedule a same day appointment. the technician was on time, courteous and professional. I would deffinately recommend this comapny
Terrible experience all the way around. One of the choices through our insurance...boy did we pick the wrong company. They were unprofessional and on top of that they scratched up the hood of the car. When we complained about that they were very rude. They have TERRIBLE customer service. They sent out a glass installer to inspect the damage and he barely looked at it and said they weren't responsible. Then the manager left a rude voicemail on our phone. My experience with All Star Glass was straightforward and simple. In 5 minutes I had a quote for a windshield (20% lower than any place else I checked), they contacted me the next day to schedule an appointment, came out at the time they said they would and completed the windshield replacement at my home and at the price quoted. I'd definitely recommend their service to anyone in need of windshield replacement.
9/1/2009 Just got my car from their shop yesterday, I could say they done a good job on the windshield they installed on my Lexus. The only bad thing is that after getting the car and parking it at home is that there is a half of a penny size paint chip just below the gas tank. Well, after finding this out, I called the customer service the next day and they checked their records and said that my car already had scratches, she did not mention anything about paint chip... well needles to say no need to argue since it was obvi... read more
I have used these guys many times. Jose was great!
I just called them to make an appointment to repair my windshield and the the person on the phone seemed annoyed that I needed my windshield repaired, not replaced. I told her it was less than the diameter of a quarter, and she sighed heavily and acted as if I didn't know what I was talking about. The tone of her voice sounded like she hated people and her job. I hope her customer service is not indicative of their actual job.
