Can’t express how happy we are with Dr Hernandez! My son started going to her almost a year now & now my newborn daughter comes here. I’ve recommended her to so many moms & every single one has been happy with her. I will say the wait is a lot sometimes but that’s expected. They really do try their best to get you in quickly. She will always recommend natural medicine before prescribing something , which we love.
Dr. Hernandez has been an incredible pediatrician for my children. She truly stands out — not only because of her medical knowledge and care, but because she listens and genuinely values feedback from families. I made a few suggestions about the office, and to my surprise, she took them into consideration and implemented them quickly. That kind of responsiveness and care is so rare. As a new mom choosing a pediatrician is extremely tough. My daughter’s 1st visit at 3 days old was nothing but a nightmare with the office staff. I was told she was not on my insurance & I would be charged for the appointment ( mind you she’s covered under me for 30 days ). I was left sitting in a waiting room for almost an hour with sick kids in and out of there coughing etc, it wasn’t until I asked that I was told I could wait in my car until they were ready for us.
