The person who was doing my eyelashes wasn’t wearing a face mask, and her breath was uncomfortable. She also had a flu, but I didn’t realize it until they had already started working on my eyelashes. For hygiene reasons, they should wear a face mask.

I made an appointment and was 20 minutes late because I was in a car accident down the street. I really wanted my lashes done for my birthday but they refused to see me even after showing them evidence of my 911 call and vehicle. Super bummer and not accommodating to clients. The stylist left the store for the day after our conversation and DID NOT have another appointment after me.

I got eyelash extensions for convenience, my natural lashes are already long, they’re just blonde. Well, I got my extensions removed today and all of my eyelashes are broken/look like they were snipped for convenience during fills to get rid of grown out extensions. It’s my understanding that getting eyelash extensions with proper care and maintenance should not do significant damage to your natural lashes, I literally have STUBS now. I am honestly wildly disappointed and now I have to deal with having no eyelashes for month... read more
