I am writing this review as a repeat customer of this business, sad to have to write it. I have been coming to this business for over a year. I have had both Kristell and Esme as techs, and in the year I have come here I always put up with how late they both show up to work because the skill is there. For the price they charge their work is not worth it! I flew in for my birthday trip thinking because ‘stars’ go here, it would be top quality….that’s a lie. The overall experience was unsatisfying-Lash tech Krsitllel had us walk all the way around the buildings rather than letting us enter and leave through an accesible back door, she was late even though they send you a reminder not to be late. This place is so girly and cute !! My go to girl is here, Kristllel. Hands down the best lash tech here. I say this only because her work speaks quality and luxury. She is always booked out and provides you with the best service and delivers the wispy volume style to perfection! I advise to book with time to secure your spots.
