I had an appointment at 9:30 today, and the doctor didn't want to see me because I was 10 minutes late. Even though I'm usually on time, I'm always kept waiting for 15 minutes. I’ve come in today for my face to face gp appointment die at 9:40am and signed in with the electronic machine. 20min later I approches the receptionist regarding my appointment only to be told that my appointment was a tel call. So I replied that it was a face to face and that I logged in. She then asked me to wait and speak to the manager.
