I’ve come in today for my face to face gp appointment die at 9:40am and signed in with the electronic machine. 20min later I approches the receptionist regarding my appointment only to be told that my appointment was a tel call. So I replied that it was a face to face and that I logged in. She then asked me to wait and speak to the manager. It is now 10:27 and I was just been spoken by this receptionist in a cold rude manner by telling me “I don’t know where the manager is and I will not speak to you again”! Absolutely disgrace! the receptionists are rude! the Doctors are snobby as hell & pretending they are the only people with the brain !
