Would not release my vehicle within one hour. Called constantly no one would talk to acknowledge me. Staff finally came to the window after 30 min of me waiting was rude and never came back. I had to take a uber home.

This place needs to be closed down ! The City of Houston can't know they are doing to people here.... The Apartments are working with them to take people cars. They are getting some of the money.The first time my car was taken from my apartment they clam I had one number wrong on my registration online. (That's a lie ) Which I feel is very ridiculous.... When the color, Year, make , model is in there system ! When I am a resident here. It took me four hours to get my car back .... That was three weeks ago. Now they tow my ca... read more

One of their drivers unlawfully towed my vehicle. My car was taken from a spot in my apartment complex, dropped out in the open in front of other parking spots so a photo could be taken to "prove" it was wrongfully parked, and then thet just did nothing to remedy the circumstances. Someone else in line was complaining of a similar situation he was dealing with, so this must be a racket of theirs Filed a complaint with Harris County, but I might not get my money back. Pretty ridiculous all things considered
