Service was very excellent; the results were so fast. Friendly staff and well-organized. I highly recommend this place for any lab work or even Covid test. Thank you so much, Star Lab, for satisfactory customer service.

This is the worse place I have ever dealt with. The first time they sent a critical message about labs taken in the evening and when the on call doctor called them no one answered the phone. It took 2 days for the hosputal to reach someone about the lab results. Star lab said they do not work at night or on weekends. If Star labs sends results at night they shoukd have someone available when the doctor reaches out. I tried to use them one more time. Doctor needed labs immediately and sent the order to Star Labs. I told the woman who came to draw blood that I had forgotten & ate something at 2am when it was supposed to be a fasting blood test " her response was oh it's ok" NOT! I am a former phlebotomist & happen to know it is NOT ok to eat when u are supposed to fast for the test. I'm so angry right now, I feel like telling her that she had better go back to school.! I looked it up just to be sure I was correct & guess what?? I was correct, not fasting can seriously affect the outcome of the blood draw. I don't know if the girl who ... read more

My Doctors office set up lab work for me to be done at home the gal that came out name is Christal she was quick and procedure was painless great personality and very professional..Highly recommend...
