Me er fails, Wait time are horrible!! Waiting to get called for billing is crazy long. Waiting 45 min to get called is average for an appointment…
I would assign a 1/2 star rating to this establishment if possible. Regrettably, the front desk and billing staff display ineptness. Despite my son's scheduled 11am appointment, we have been waiting for over an hour without being called. Moreover, the billing process has been problematic. It appears they are delaying the appointment due to an error from six months ago, which was never communicated. I confirmed the appointment several days ago and I have called about a week ago to see if they accepted my insurance for my son and they said yes and I thought everything was well but it wasn't. I arrived 30 minutes early and I came all the way from Alamogordo which is roughly 1 hour and 21 minutes give or take with traffic. I gave her my son's information and mine and it seemed all was well, but she said she couldn't find my son's information and that they don't accept his insurance.
