Overpriced vehicles, staff is too busy to offer good service, service department is overpriced, slow, and less than competent. Parts department is ridiculous. Go anywhere else and avoid the headache.
I've purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer and I'm very pleased with the experience. Our sales person Michael did an amazing job helping my wife and I pick Quads and a side by side. He was patient and went out of his way to help us get unit we wanted in time frame we needed. Ask for him if you are in the market for off road vehicles and you won't be disappointed.
I made a appt for a recall and tire balance the said it would be done the same day it ended up taking a week the frustration was that I had to keep calling to find out what was going on horrible communication then when I picked it up a week later it’s filthy it clearly sat outside in the rain and dust Update Leon one of the mangers reached out to me he apologized and made no excuses for what happened he refunded what I paid for tire balancing and personally handled the same recall on my other bmw I’m happy to report this tim... read more
Stopped by the service desk for an appointment and estimate for a lube, oil & filter change on my Can Am Defender. Was told $450 for this service. Not only is that a ridiculous price but downright offensive. Save your money, shop elsewhere!
