I would not recommend this dealership for BMW service. There is only one factory-trained technician, and my sense is he mostly works on side-by-sides or other non BMW machines. I dropped off the bike the day before my scheduled appointment for drive shaft service under warranty and an apparent fuel leak from somewhere under the fuel tank. I was asked to pre-approve an hour and a half labor to troubleshoot the fuel leak, which was obviously coming from under the fuel tank.
