We had a great experience with Star. We used Star for a move from DC to Massachusetts. Both the team who moved us out of our DC apartment and the team who moved us into our MA apartment were efficient and professional, and made our move as easy as possible. We also had a positive experience with the customer service team when dealing with questions and payment over phone and email. We would certainly recommend Star to others.

Great customer service and very affordable, not to mention extremely professional and efficient. I was beyond impressed with Star International Movers and the last minute accommodations they made for me. If you are looking to make your move as stress-free as possible, I highly recommend giving them a call!

We used Star with very short notice on Christmas week and they were able to accommodate our tight schedule and at very reasonable pricing. We used them to help pack as well, and they did a great job taking care of all of our belongings. Thank you very much for taking away a lot of the stress of the quick move!

Star international movers were simply fantastic. They handled everything with attention to detail. Very polite. Hard workers and they are excellent at corrdinating each phase of moving. I used Star International Movers for a move to France. Before moving overseas, I'd moved several times domestically, and so have used a host of different movers. My experience with Star was excellent. They are professional, courteous, and honest. What's more, they walk you through the steps for an international move, which can be daunting. They delivered our goods on time, and in shortest window of time. I highly recommend them.

We packed items ourselves except for a large flat-screen TV and a couple large paintings - we paid Star to pack for us. We hired Star to move our belongings out of our old home, store them for about 3 months, and then move them into our new home. When we inquired about the cost of insurance for our belongings, our move coordinator stated "I wouldn't waste my money". As a long-time professional with Star, we took his advice. This is the second time I have used STAR International Movers for a cross country move. Both times I have been extremely satisfied. I found Star to be responsive, punctual, professional and careful. My belonging were handled and packed with the utmost care. I was updated regularly as my items were en route to my new home. Everything arrived at the destination in excellent condition AND on the promised date. I highly recommend Star and would definitely use them again if the need arises.
