I bought a home 5 years ago went ahead and paid for it before they deliver it they said they would make the first payment it didn’t happen had a lot of cracks in the walls and ceilings they came out several times but the cracks keep coming back and still their today. more or less just lied to me all the way around my daughter is home shopping and will not even go to star homes lot and I don recommend anyone going there.
I cannot say enough good things about Star Homes and Blake Johnson. My husband and I first visited Star Homes almost a year ago as we were preparing to sell our large home and downsize. We talked to at least ten different manufactured home dealerships and looked at at least that many manufacturers. In my opinion, none of them compare to Star Homes/Sunshine Homes in quality and appearance. we put in our application with this company to purchase a 126,000.00 home. we fell in love with the lot model. we went back several times just to look at home. after putting our credit app in we get a phone call saying corrections and initials need made on app. he is going to send it to us in an email. next am I still hadnt received an email. Bought a home that was a year old ..single wide very nice ..we let them have a two ton brand new air unit for the one that came with ours, our unit was less than 6 months old, now not even a year later our air in our new home isn't working ..bcuz it doesn't have a warranty on it... we have had it ten months... be aware of what you sign when you sign, we were promised a new unit, and of course it isn't and we honestly thought that they would just do what they said.. ten months and now we get to fix a air unit ... absolutely r... read more
