I purchased a mobile home from them with Brad Simmons back in 2006 in the trailer park in Junction City. They were great throughout the buying process. Had the contract drawn up and signed in less than a week. During our 4 years there, Brad pointed us in the right direction for materials when we spruced things up. I was looking into purchasing one of these homes but because I have a large dog who is 75 pounds due to there policy I would not be allowed to keep her I hope y'all know you probably lose a lot of potential clients when they read they are only allowed a dog that's around 25 pounds.
