This Company is Trash!! The nurse was down the street when she called but then took 2 hours before I received a call from her manager claiming she couldn’t find my address. This call came wayyy after I had sent the nurse a text message with the exact address when she called to tell me where she was. Not professional. Wasted my time, energy and gas. Horrible communication. You get hired and are supposed to fly solo. Star Home health is one of the best home healthcare services I have ever used for my family members. Every nurse is so loving and caring and I truly appreciate the managers as they always address my issues directly and efficiently.
Nice place to work, friendly staff
They hardly answer their phone and if they do they are ill informed and put one on hold and after about 30min sends one to voicemail. Very bad customer service. Healthcare providers should not recommend to patients.
