Responded quickly to my furnace problem. Got the part needed and had it working again in short order.
We have used Star multiple years and found them to be very economical for inspections / maintenance. They spend the time to explain what they found, health of the system and homeowner do’s & dont’s.

I’ve worked with Star for several years now from maintenance to AC installation, and just general advice on the systems at my home. They’ve always been helpful and timely. Jason is always willing to answer my questions and help me understand what’s going on, and definitely goes beyond what is required of him to keep the customer happy. I also appreciate their willingness to deal with my dogs!
Picture this 415pm you get a call on your way home from your wife that the heater is not working, it’s currently 58 degrees inside the house. I called Star and by 530pm Jason was at my house. Within 30 minutes he had the problem figured out. Failed blower for the furnace. Although parts supply houses were closed he was able make contact and secure delivery of the correct fan to be delivered by 1100 the next morning.
